This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or family getaways, just a stones throw from Gloucester Road, brimming with cafes, bars and restaurants.
Stylishly decorated with lots of art from local artists, the house is perfectly situated for those who want good access to Bristol’s main
attractions.
Inside the house, guests can make use of the space and facilities or just relax on the comfy sofas in the snug and enjoy a movie on the wall mounted TV. The large bedrooms are all equipped with hotel-quality bed linen, towels and toiletries.
In the warmer months you can open the bifold doors onto the garden and enjoy a generous outside space to relax and soak in some sun. The garden has a bbq, old pizza oven, sun terrace and the kitchen floor tiles continue into the garden over a flat threshold.
The office can be used as an additional room for infants sleeping in the travel cot.
The large kitchen diner is perfect for eating and socialising.
There is also a front room with lots of books, three sofas and a log burner for relaxing whilst away.
I’m available for any questions that come up before and during your stay. Just send me a message, I’m blazing fast to reply.
The coolest neighbourhood in Bristol. We’ve written a guide to the stuff that is within a 5 minute walk (or occasionally 10). Loads of cafes, bakeries, restaurants and pubs. The Gloucester Road is also famed for it’s independent shops. A couple of minutes from the house and you have book shops, fruit and veg, chocolate makers… Music and clubs are further down the road (around 15 to 25 minutes walk). There are two lively parks 10 minutes walk away.
The town centre isn’t far.
The Gloucester Rd is near by and is the main drag to town so all buses, taxis and feet can lead there. There are pink scooters for hire a few minutes walk from the house. Parking is free on the street.
The house is on a quiet roads and yet very close to the shops, cafes , by room restaurants and pubs. Town is very accessible should you wish to explore. Clos to the centre of town but still a walk or short bus ride is Stokes Croft. This has a good music and late night scene.
It’s a also a good spot if visiting either university as it’s about equidistant between the two. It’s also convenient if needing access to either hospital, the MoD or Aerospace sites.
